THE PRODUCTS

We attempt to be as accurate as possible in the description of the products. However, as the descriptions are based on information provided to us by the Designers, we cannot guarantee that any descriptions are totally accurate, complete, reliable or error-free. The images of the products on the Website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we attempt to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products.

ORDERS, PRICES AND PAYMENT

By completing the check-out process. Your order for the products is subject to these Terms and Conditions which are incorporated into the contract between Theiaworld.com All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

To order products you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card. By placing an order, you are promising that all details you provide are true and accurate, that you are over 18 years of age, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds in the account to cover the cost of your order. The Website allows you to check your order and correct any errors before sending it. Please take the time to read and check your order at each page of the order process as you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate (for example, the correct products, quantities, size, colour, etc.).

PAYMENT

Once we have verified your payment details and THEIA WORLD READY MADE GARMENT TRADING LLC, Dubai, UAE . has accepted and approved your order for delivery, we will email you to inform you of this. In the unlikely event that THEIAWORLD. encounters a problem when processing your order, we will contact you explaining the problem and possibly requesting further information to try and resolve the problem.

Value Added Tax

As of the 1st of January 2018, VAT is charged at 5% on orders sold and shipped by scentitude.com within the UAE as applicable.

The advertised prices for products displayed at Theiaworld.com are inclusive of any VAT. However, your final price will be reflected at checkout, once the order information is completed.

DELIVERY

The estimated delivery date of the products in United Arab Emirates is around 2-3 Working Days

Delivery via Courier Company on basis of DDP

We aim to deliver your goods within 2-3 working days from the date of your completed order.

While we make every effort to deliver goods in the time frame specified, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this time frame. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

All delivery time frames are subject to stock availability and in case of changes our sales team will make contact within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Our system automatically sends a “Shipped Order” email to your nominated email address when we ship your order.

Where an incorrect address has been supplied at time of order, or our driver is unable to deliver due to the unavailability of a signatory, or if an item is to be redirected after dispatch, we may need to charge for any extra delivery costs incurred to us by our courier partner

Out of Delivery Areas

Currently we delivery to all areas, deliveries may not be able to be made to islands, security controlled zones and defense areas.

As an alternative arrangement, these shipments can be held at our head office or warehouse

Undeliverable Items

The courier company or logistics team will attempt to contact and deliver goods for a period of 2 days after first attempt. In addition, TheiaWorld Customer Services will also try to contact the customer for an additional 3 days to inform them of said delivery.

Any failure to reach customer from either party then the shipment is classed as “undeliverable” and returned to the company warehouse.

Defective Products

We will exchange the product if an item has a manufacturing or packaging defect within 5 days of receipt of Product

Please check all goods at the time of delivery and incase of damage box return immediately

Modifications

We reserve the right to make updates to the information, services, products and other materials on this site at any time without notice. We may also modify these Terms And Conditions at any time, and such modification shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Terms and Conditions on this.

Refund And Returns

In an effort to get products to the customer in the fastest possible time, products are dispatched for delivery automatically from confirmation of the receipt of payment.

Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds on products after 5 days of receipt of order to the customer.
